Vera is originally from New Jersey but relocated to Florida in 1989. She has been working and serving in churches and ministries in Brevard County since 1998. She currently serves as the Ministry Assistant at the Brevard Baptist Association and works as the bookkeeper for Canaveral Port Ministry. She has two children and is awaiting the arrival of her sixth grandchild in June.
