We value our volunteers.

We understand. We know you live busy lives. That’s why we work with your schedule. You can choose to work daily, weekly or monthly based on your availability. Contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Marci Roberts, to find the time that works for you. We appreciate any time you can offer to make an impact on our seafarers at Canaveral Port Ministry.

    • Process packages using ministry's database 

    • Label, shelve, and/or pack

    • Retrieve packages during checkout

    • Checkout to crew 

    • Inventory 

    NOTE:

    • Training required for all functions 

    • Commit to at least 1 day/week (1-3 hours task dependent); will consider other options with interested volunteers

  • • Photograph crew and volunteers at the ministry.
    • Take pictures at CPM events

  • • Adopt-A-Ship Ministry - commits to praying for specific emailed requests for a cruise ship

  • • 5-minute podium presentation speakers
    • 1-on-1 evangelists
    • People to pray with crew
    • Bible Study Leaders

Are you going on a cruise? Stop by CPM ahead of time to pick up informational cards to distribute to crew you meet on your cruise. This helps us get the word out to crew about our ministry.
